Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. First check to see if your item has already been shipped. All refunds or exchanges (when in stock) will be processed within 15 days of receiving the item at our warehouse. Please allow up to 21 days for your Debit/Credit card to be credited.

Products are normally delivered within 2 working days of placement of the order and confirmation of payment being received by us but may take longer at peak periods. Our aim is to despatch all orders received before 10am on a normal working day on that same working day and goods are normally delivered on the following working day but this time scale cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery by courier to a UK Mainland address is free.
Regrettably due to courier charges, import/export duties, etc, we are unable to offer a free delivery service to non UK addresses or to The Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire, etc. Please contact Website Enquiries on 01953 852929 to obtain a delivery charge.
