To help maintain the appearance and to prolong the life of your Victoria plimsolls, we recommend that you read our product care guide.
All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability. We can only ship products for free to Mainland UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland). Regrettably due to courier charges, import/export duties, etc, we are unable to ship goods for free to non UK addresses or to The Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire, etc. Please contact us on 01953 851910 for prices for delivery to these locations.
Products are normally delivered within 2 working days of placement of the order and confirmation of payment being received by us but may take longer at peak periods. Our aim is to despatch all orders received before 2pm on a normal working day on that same working day and goods are normally delivered on the following working day but this time scale cannot be guaranteed. Delivery to mainland UK addresses as stated above is currently provided by us free of charge.
